I have a secret to tell you. The only sports bra I wore last week was the Enlite bra. I did barre one day, went for a run another day, taught a “lower half” class  and rounded out the week with a BBG session that left me weak in the knees. I have to say, the Enlite bra kept me supported and comfortable the entire time! Have you ever gone to a class and had your natural boobs look like they are frowning at you in the mirror while you are trying to squat, tuck or burpee? Well, I have and honestly, it is one of my biggest fit-fashion pet peeves. I am a 32 year old woman, who lives on a planet with gravity, do I really have to be reminded about this fact during every single workout? I. THINK. NOT.

lululemon’s Enlite “free to move” motto is one that will stand the test of time with us gals! The innovation of the Enlite lies in the approach to movement management – the Enlite Bra works with the body, rather than against it, and embraces the body’s natural movement without comprising comfort. The bra market today is held down by highly constricting compression bras, but the Enlite bra celebrates movement over restriction.

I truly felt as if the bra was second skin, and was even able to wear it under a T-shirt and tank for a seamless, lifted post-workout look. The adjustable hooks on the back help keep the fit comfortable instead of restrictive and it was easy to take off while dripping in sweat! The cups stayed molded in place, even after I accidentally dried it in the dryer twice.

[I told you it was the only bra I wore all week…please don’t judge]

A bra of this quality does come with a heavier price tag of $98.00, but you will go a long time before you need a new one! Believe me, I was one of those people who used to refuse to spend money on fitness gear, but now, I realize you truly get what you pay for from lululemon. I wear my tights, tops and bras every week and every item still looks brand new. I am a fan and carefully choose new pieces every season.

So this summer, I suggest you make your appointment get fitted and pick up an Enlite bra to start or add to your collection! FUN FACT: This bra was designed and developed for over two years by a team of incredibly talented women at lululemon. So if all of the above doesn’t make you want to take the plunge, then join the women supporting women era and get your Enlite bra today!
