The One Piece Swimsuit is Back and Sexier Than Ever

We all remember the iconic red bathing suit that made Pam Anderson famous! Well the one piece swimsuit is back, sexier than ever, and nods to the Babes of Baywatch with quirky sayings like: ‘Bae Watch’ and ‘Mermaid in Training’. The suits that I love are high-cut, cheeky, quirky, and of course, allow my athletic figure to feel womanly for the first time! You see, as a woman with an athletic figure, I am basically a rectangle. Women with athletic bodies tend to have small chests, an even shoulder to hip ratio, and booties from all those squats!  That is why most of us tend to stick to our string or cheeky bikinis, because those are what makes our bodies feel remotely curvy, and even have the tendency to elongate our muscular legs.

I have seen numerous women pop up on social media in one pieces lately! There has been an influx of cool  patterns, sheer paneling and a sex appeal that has been missing from the market.  The only time I have a one piece on is when I am modeling for TYR, Speedo or Nike Swim with Zappos, and what my best friend, who worked in retail for years told me is that I need a one piece that is high cut, and boy was she right!

When I put on a competitive swimsuit, I do not necessarily want to wear them on the beach or to a pool party, but what I do love about them is that they are higher cut and help slim the legs instead of cutting them off at the hip. They also hug to your entire body, and do not go straight from your butt to your upper back, like the swimsuits of my childhood. If any of you are watching the olympic swimming trials then you know what I am talking about! The swimmers and divers have these stunningly athletic bodies, and the cheeky suits are very apparent after they get out of the water. So, when I was looking to shoot in a one piece, I was on a mission to find a suit with the right amount of sex appeal, and not only did I find that, but it was a steal at $19.99!
