Reebok Dance Collection and Leather Details

I first encountered the Reebok Dance Collection on set last year, while dancing for the brand on a rooftop in Brooklyn. It was such a full-circle moment for me because as many of you know, I left New York five years prior to follow the hubs out to Oregon. I thought I was going to be a PE teacher forever, but little did I know I would find myself back in the best city in the world with my dancing shoes ready to rock!

Since then, I have worked for Reebok a few more times, and was able to pick out some pieces from their dance line that I now wear on rotation from the studio, to class and beyond! You may remember this post about the mesh top and graffiti shorts. Every piece in their dance line makes a statement on its own. I love that the bra in today’s post looks like sequins of recital costumes past, but it is spandex…aaallll spandex.  It is also 100%  glamorous and functional! I wore the sequin bra while shooting the AB workout video with Beat The Gym last week. To see it in action check out the video and give it a try today!

Today’s look is all about the fun! The white shorts are actually ‘leather’, but unfortunately are sold out. The mesh side detail makes them breathable in the summer heat! I have worn them to play tennis, run errands and even to my Thursday AM Dance Class at Equinox! I will let you know as soon as they are back in stock. Some athleisure brands [like PRISMSPORT] are starting to introduce leather designs. So I have linked my favorites below.
