    Hi Taylor. Could collagen protein act as a replacement for whey protein? I recently eschewed all things cow but still want a good protein source for post-workouts etc.

      It sure can! It is made up of many of the same amino acids as your other proteins, and can be taken as a pre or post-workout supplement. This collagen is sourced from both cows and marine, but the traditional collagen peptides are pretty flavorless and easy on the stomach!
