Flour-Less Yet Filling Pancakes and Waffles

I am a sucker for both, but I absolutely hate the heavy feeling I get after I eat them. Breakfast is supposed to make you feel full of energy, and ready to take on the day, but sometimes you need that comforting feeling of homemade fluffy goodness.

Pancakes and Waffles are the perfect treat to have on those Saturdays and Sundays when all you want to do is lounge around and watch movies, but this recipe can be made any day of the week; A- because there is only four main ingredients and they only take five minutes to make.
