Booty Blast Challenge-I’m Fit and Happy

It is the second week of the IMFITANDHAPPY.COM  Booty Blast Challenge’! I missed the first week, but let’s all join in on the second. This will only take five minutes of your time, but the results are serious. I tried my first ‘Booty Blast’ session yesterday, and I am so sore! Do a video a day for the rest of the month to lift, tone and tighten those buns.
